Booking Conditions
Arrival time: is after 4.00pm.
Departure time: is before 10.30am
Damage: Any damage to any of the Ardley Cottages property must be reported. Accidental damage or breakage of a minor nature will not normally be charged for, but the occupier will be liable for any damage valued over £10.00.
Guests must leave the accommodation in the same clean, tidy state it was found on arrival. Extra cleaning after departure will be charged to the guests.
Dogs: Well behaved dogs are welcome but we ask that only a maximum of two dogs per cottage.
Cottage Occupancy: The number of people occupying the cottage must not exceed those booked.
Smoking: There is a strict ‘no smoking’ policy within the accommodation. If you do smoke, please use the outside area and dis-guard your cigarette butts in the sand filled pots provided.
Liability: The proprietors accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by any resident, their family, visitors, animals, vehicles or personal effects, howsoever caused.
In the event: of a cottage becoming uninhabitable for the following reasons, fire, flood, electricity or water supply interruption, boiler failure Ardley Cottages will endeavour to offer suitable alternative accommodation, or if no such accommodation is available, a pro-rata refund.
Ardley Cottages cannot be held liable for compensation due to loss of enjoyment in the event of a letting being affected by any of the above occurrences.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to obtain full cost of the holiday booked. We will endeavour to re-let and, if successful, we shall refund all monies received except for £25.00 administration costs, per cottage, per week. When you book accommodation, you are entering a legally binding contract, we therefore, recommend guests take out their own cancellation insurance.
All statements and information are given in good faith, being true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief, but the proprietors accept no liability in the event of any such statement or information being untrue or incorrect.
The proprietor reserves the right to decline accommodation or to terminate the booking without refund if the behaviour of any guest is considered unacceptable and to order any unauthorised persons off the premises.
The proprietor reserves the right to enter the premises at any time, but will endeavour to do so when convenient to guests.
Payment: 20% deposit to confirm booking. Balance in full 30 days prior to arrival.
